Refund policy
We offer a 07-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Non-returnable items include:
- Personalised products
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. jewellery)
If your return is approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
